Talent Selexion is a dynamic new Recruitment Consultancy based in Mumbai, providing search and head-hunting services to clients within India. We started as a small Consulting firm run by Senior Freelancers with a focus on providing responsible recruitment services to small / medium sized clients, on an exclusive basis and now have a well-staffed office in Mumbai and a branch office in Delhi.

  • Jesson Joseph – Proprietor & Principal Consultant – A Commerce Graduate with an MBA ( Human Resources) and around 15 years experience in domestic & overseas recruitment, primarily handling middle/senior management positions across various verticals. He is presently overseeing day to day affairs of the operational (Mumbai & Delhi) offices.
  • Sharon Jesson – Head - Business Development & Client Servicing – An M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry), with over 12 years experience in Recruitment and Business Development in diverse industries such as Recruitment, Insurance, BPO’s & Travel/Leisure. She is responsible for new business avenues & Client-servicing.
  • Deepti Bhandari - Branch Manager (Delhi) - A Certified teacher along with her Bachelors degree in Political Science, she has over eleven years of rich experience in human resources, training and International BPO operations. She has also been involved in delivering training of various sorts – Process / Product training, soft skills, Voice & Accent, Culture familiarization, Sales, Customer services, Personality development. She brings her extensive knowledge of senior level recruitment and client relationship management as Head of Delhi Operations.
